Kauri Tiyme has been tattooing since 1991 in many different cities across the United States.  She is one of the few female tattoo artists to complete a 6 year tour around the country setting up custom tattoo shops and making sure that artists run the studio, not copy machines with tattoo guns.

Kauri has been featured on CNN, the discovery channel (don’t ask her opinion on LA Ink’s Cat Cora) and the History Channel. She has won numerous first place international awards and trophies for her unique and original work.  Kauri has also helped to establish state regulations regarding maintenance and sanitation across the country. 

She is an all custom artist specializing in physics conceptual artwork, fractal mathematics and isometry.  She is capable of doing any kind of custom art from Giger-esqe scenes of horror and doom to full color portraits.  Kauri only uses the highest quality inks that are known for their stunning brightness and clarity.  As bright and vivid as these colors are right after the tattoo is how bright they will stay your entire life.
